    Release v0.1.0-alpha.1 (Pre-release)

    ⚠️ Important Note: This is the very first pre-release of the project. It is intended for testing and development purposes only and is not yet suitable for production use. Expect bugs, breaking changes, and incomplete features.

    🔌 Supported Hardware

    Currently, this firmware only supports the following specific development board:

    • Board: ESP32 LilyGO TTGO T3 V1.6.1 (commonly known/configured as ttgo-lora32-v21)
    • Flashing this firmware onto other ESP32 or LoRa boards will not work at this stage.

    🚀 What's Working (Current Status)

    We have successfully implemented the core hardware drivers and basic communication interfaces:

    • CLI Interface: Basic control and configuration are available via the serial interface.
    • LoRa Integration: Full communication with the Semtech SX127x chip is established. The firmware is already capable of receiving LoRa packets.
    • LoRa Configuration: The default LoRa settings are fully compatible and aligned with MeshCom standards.
    • Peripherals & Display: Hardware display drivers are integrated and functional. Basic status LEDs are working as expected.

    🛠️ Known Issues & Next Steps

    • Packet transmission (TX) is still undergoing testing and optimization.
    • The CLI command set is limited and will be expanded in future versions.
    • Stability improvements for long-term operations are planned.

    💾 Installation & Flashing

    Download the attached binary artifact below. Use your preferred flashing tool (e.g., Esptool, PlatformIO, or VS Code) to upload the firmware to your TTGO board.

    Feedback and bug reports are highly welcome! Please open an issue in this repository if you encounter any problems.
